Bunta is a clumsy stray cat. One day, because he was struck by lightning (?), he can now understand human language! He can even talk to babies! Bunta transformed into a super cat and managed to use his powers to take up residence in the Yamada household, who run a grocery store....... But all hell breaks loose around Bunta!
