Sales Terms for Consumers (CGV)
These sales terms apply to paid ReaderFlow memberships purchased remotely by consumers. They supplement the Terms of Service.
Seller and contact
ReaderFlow is operated by Maxim Mercante, individual entrepreneur (entrepreneur individuel), operating under the ReaderFlow name. Public/usage name: Jade Mercante. SIREN: 108157215. Product and order
A membership is a recurring digital-service subscription providing the class benefits described immediately before purchase. It does not sell ReaderFlow coins, story content or random rewards. The checkout summary identifies the plan, monthly total, currency, trial if any and renewal frequency. The customer can correct errors before confirming an order with an obligation to pay.
Price, tax and payment
The final price and applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. PayPal processes payment under its own terms. ReaderFlow issues or retains the legally required transaction record. No price change applies to an already-paid period; future-price changes are notified in advance with a right to cancel.
Start and renewal
The service begins after payment provider confirmation, or at the stated trial start. It renews monthly until cancelled. When the consumer expressly requests performance during the 14-day withdrawal period and later withdraws, a proportionate amount may remain due where the law permits.
Withdrawal
Where a statutory right applies, a consumer may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Use the continuously available online withdrawal function once checkout is enabled, or email an unambiguous request to pro.readerflow@gmail.com stating the account email and subscription identifier. ReaderFlow sends acknowledgment on a durable medium. A lawful refund is made no later than the statutory deadline using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Statutory exceptions apply only when all legal conditions are met.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals from the membership/account settings. Cancellation does not normally refund a period already supplied, but withdrawal rights, service non-conformity remedies and other mandatory refund rights remain fully available. Access normally continues through the paid period.
Conformity and complaints
Mandatory legal guarantees for digital content and services apply. Contact pro.readerflow@gmail.com with the account, order and problem details. ReaderFlow will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Consumer mediation
After first making a written complaint to ReaderFlow, a French consumer may refer an unresolved dispute free of charge to the appointed consumer mediator. Its name, address and website will be published here and at checkout before paid sales open. Consumers may also use other mandatory out-of-court procedures available in their country.
Law
French law applies without removing mandatory protections or competent courts available to a consumer in their country of residence.
