Ihashi Satoru is a new chef at Fujimura, a restaurant owned by veteran chef Kumano. A chronicle of the lives of the staff and customers of Fujimura. Notes: - The series's title is a play on Hana Ichi Monme (Flowers, One Monme), a traditional Japanese children's game somewhat similar to Red Rover. - Won the 44th Shougakukan Manga Award in the Seinen Division in 1998. - Author Abe Zenta suddenly died in March 1999, ending the series halfway through its 33rd volume.
