This book has been serialized in "TV Land" (Tokuma Shoten) since 1979, and like Sugar Sato's version, there were many voices wanting to make it into a book from that time, and this first book is a work that can be said to be a "miracle". Based on the setting of the 1979 anime series, the original character "Ippei" boy appears, and the content is centered on interaction with 009. The artist Yoshiki Tsuchiyama belonged to Ishimori Production at the time. He has worked on numerous comicalized works of Ishinomori's works, but this work is drawn with the author's own touch and friendly style. At the end of the book, "CYBORG009 CALL OF JUSTICE" also includes a special talk between Koudai Kakimoto (director) and Masatsugu Saito (character designer)!!
