The head priest, who has to go to the next town on an errand but wants to take the easy way out, proposes to Ikkyu and his friends, "If you can carry me to the next town without putting me down even once, I'll give you some pocket money." His temple friends refuse, saying it's impossible, but Ikkyu uses his wit to cleverly get the pocket money...! In addition, he faces one impossible challenge after another, such as a test of strength against an adult that he has no chance of winning, walking without moving his feet, and picking up water with chopsticks, and the master of wit, Ikkyu, brilliantly, and sometimes a little forcefully, solves them in this hilarious comedy!
