Kosuke Nanbu, a new physical education teacher at a school, is appointed as an advisor for a club activity. Nanbu-sensei is enthusiastic about being the club's advisor, but it turns out to be a strange club in which he has no idea what the club does. Nambu-sensei spends his days being swayed in various activities by three extremely unique club members: Ken Akai, the club's club leader and the most talented student in the school, Takeru Aoyama, a rich man with a bonhomie, and Ryu Midorikawa, a one-celled muscle idiot.
