On the way home from a drive, Detective Araki and his younger brother Ryuji are surprised to see a mysterious object fall into the nearby forest. When they approached the falling object, they discovered that it was a rocket, and right after an extraterrestrial creature came out of it, the rocket exploded! Realizing that they were about to die, the alien gave them a cross-shaped object that would move Garoro-Q. However, the alien tells him not to tell Garoro Q's secret, even to his brother, and to only use it for what is right.
