Yuri Morita and her husband Hiro have moved into a new apartment block with a south-facing veranda. It's not new, but it's bigger than their old flat, and the neighbours are very kind. Above all, the veranda is perfect for drying futons and a nice place for children to play. Here, the couple starts their new life together.
