現代まで続く江戸幕府。15年前の江戸城襲撃をきっかけに、江戸城の警備体制が見直され、城を取り囲む各門には「門官」が配備された。ある日、一橋門の門長・伊呂八に清水徳川家・兎斗丸の護衛の要請が入る。伊呂八は成瀬と増山を護衛担当にするが、戻った二人はなぜか傷だらけで…。二人が受けた理不尽な要求の数々を知り、伊呂八は翌日の護衛を交代してもらう。そして、門長の伊呂八を気に入った兎斗丸にある場所へ向かうよう指示され…!?
