ReaderFlow Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the ReaderFlow website, community, API and browser extension.

Operator

ReaderFlow is operated by Maxim Mercante, individual entrepreneur (entrepreneur individuel), operating under the ReaderFlow name. Public/usage name: Jade Mercante. SIREN: 108157215. SIRET: 10815721500014. RNE registration: 10 August 2026. Registered establishment: 13 rue Bergson, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France. Email: pro.readerflow@gmail.com. Telephone: +33 7 69 23 66 11.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. If you are under the age at which you may consent or contract alone where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. A minor's paid membership must be purchased or expressly approved by that guardian. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.

Permitted use

Use ReaderFlow only lawfully. Do not harass others, evade moderation, access another person's account, introduce malicious code, overload the service, scrape private data, or interfere with supported websites. You remain responsible for comments, uploads and other content you submit.

Reading and community features

ReaderFlow may process reading events to synchronize progress, provide recommendations, quests, achievements and optional social features. Privacy and sharing controls are available in Settings. Community Rules form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

ReaderFlow software, branding and original interface elements are protected. Story names, covers and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. ReaderFlow does not grant access to paid chapters or redistribute story content.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. ReaderFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these terms will be announced reasonably in advance when required; non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

Accounts or content may be restricted or removed for breach, abuse, security risk or legal obligation. You may stop using ReaderFlow and request account deletion in Settings, subject to records that must be retained by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReaderFlow is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, third-party websites, or loss caused by your misuse. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Law and disputes

French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Consumers may use competent courts and any mandatory dispute-resolution route available to them. Contact pro.readerflow@gmail.com first so a complaint can be handled.
