The problem is that they said their wish just as the shooting star arrived. Chaos was inevitable! People thought that the beast was a real animal. In fact, they were humans transformed. Animal protection officers came to arrest the animals. As it turned out, the animal protection officers were just pretending to be good. Actually, they were capturing rare animals for sale!
