The time is the early Taisho era. Soichiro Yanagida, a young master of the Shishinkan swordsmanship dojo, is unable to attract people because of his overly stiff personality, so he runs the dojo while teaching swordsmanship at school. One day, Soichiro meets Kyokusamon, a bagua diviner who tells women's fortunes on the street, and is told by the mysterious man that he has the "sign of death" and that he will have a "woman trouble"⁉"Soichiro is outraged and says "What nonsense", but from there he gets caught up in a bizarre incident he never expected...
